The Cuddeback CuddeLink G-Series Power House Black Flash G-5079 combines CuddeLink wireless networking with Cuddeback’s powerful no-glow Black Flash technology. Featuring 56 high-power 940nm infrared LEDs, the G-5079 provides completely invisible nighttime illumination, making it a great option for mature buck setups, scrapes, bedding-area travel routes, security applications, and other locations where keeping your camera as discreet as possible matters.

Unlike traditional cellular trail cameras that each require their own cellular connection, the G-5079 uses CuddeLink to wirelessly transmit images from camera to camera through a CuddeLink network. This allows the camera to be placed in locations without cellular service while still transmitting images through the CuddeLink network to a compatible Home or Cell Home unit.

Power House Black Flash – No-Glow Performance

The G-5079 uses Cuddeback’s Power House Black Flash technology with 56 high-power 940nm LEDs. The 940nm wavelength produces no visible red glow when the camera takes a nighttime image, helping keep the camera concealed from both wildlife and people.

Cuddeback’s Power House system uses super capacitors to store energy and deliver additional power to the LEDs. This provides stronger illumination than conventional Black Flash designs while maintaining the advantage of a completely invisible flash.

Built-In CuddeLink Technology

The G-5079 has CuddeLink built directly into the camera, allowing it to operate as part of a CuddeLink wireless camera network.

Instead of physically checking every camera in the field, images can be transmitted through the CuddeLink network to a centralized Home unit. When paired with a compatible CuddeLink Cell Home, images from remote cameras can ultimately be sent over the cellular network.

Because the remote G-5079 itself does not require cellular service, cameras can be positioned where the deer are rather than only where you have a strong cell signal.

Fast 1/4-Second Trigger Speed

A trail camera only helps if the animal is still in the frame when the picture is taken. The G-5079 features a 1/4-second trigger speed to quickly capture deer and other wildlife moving through the detection area.

The camera can capture up to 20MP images, with full-color daytime photos and black-and-white nighttime images using the invisible Black Flash illumination.

Powered by 4 D Batteries

The G-Series uses four D-cell batteries instead of the smaller AA batteries commonly found in trail cameras. The larger battery capacity was designed to provide extended operating life while powering both the camera and its CuddeLink wireless communication.

Actual battery life will vary depending on image activity, CuddeLink usage, temperature, battery quality, network configuration, and camera settings.

X-Change Flash System

One of the unique features of the Cuddeback G-Series is its removable X-Change flash module. The flash module can be removed and replaced with a compatible G-Series flash module, allowing the camera’s flash type to be changed without replacing the entire camera.
