But wool itches right? Not merino wool! The fiber of merino wool is much softer than standard wool so it doesn’t irritate the skin causing it to itch.

Scent Control
Have you ever smelled your synthetic base layers? Even after 1 hunt they can smell pretty bad…and we can’t smell near as well as a whitetail can! The great thing about merino wool is it’s naturally resistant to odors. Due to its ability to wick away moisture, it prevents bacteria from building up and causing odors.

All Season All Terrain
Why a get camo ASAT Bedrock Merino Wool Base Layer 1/4 zip top? One wouldn’t think a base layer needs to be camo but I can say from personal experience that I’ve worn only my base layers in hot weather. Hiking the mountains chasing elk or hunting september whitetails in 70+ degree weather gets hot fast!
