SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment Processing Time

- All in stock item orders are processed within 1 business day 

- Pre order or backorder Items are processed in 1 business day, filed and shipped upon arrival in our warehouse. Time will vary upon each item.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

- All orders over $100 ship FREE within the USA.

- Orders under $100 are charged a flat $10 for shipping within the USA.

- For orders outside the USA you will need to contact us for a shipping quote.

- All larger orders ship via UPS ground unless arranged otherwise by contacting us.

- Small items that would ship in a envelope or free items may ship USPS.

- UPS orders should arrive in 3-5 business days depending on location.​

Shipment to P.O. Boxes 

- We prefer house addresses for all shipping orders so we can ship via UPS

- If we receive a P.O. address we will reach out to you to try getting a physical address, if we don’t receive a response before your order is packaged we will then ship it via USPS.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

- You should receive an email after your order has been place with a order confirmation

- When we ship your item you should also receive a email confirmation with tracking info (note sometimes our shipping program will not send one for some reason so if you haven’t received anything within 3 business day of placing the order please contact us).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- U Outdoors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

- U Outdoors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

- We ship inside the continental USA, any orders outside of this or to other nations must contact us for a shipping quote.

 

RETURNS POLICY

  • We offer a 90 day return policy on all items except for seed.

  • If in need of return please contact us via phone or email.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns should be sent to - U Outdoors, 307 3rd St NE, Waukon, IA 52172.

  • Items returned for refund are expected to be in original new condition without noticeable damage.

  • Refunds will be promptly credited upon arrival and inspection of returned items.
